Our first new member interest event is combined with a done-in-a-day volunteer opportunity, beach cleanup in Cocoa Beach in partnership with Keep Brevard Beautiful. JLSC members will be split up into teams during the beach cleanup to socialize with prospective new members and answer questions on the new member experience. Please arrive at 9:00 am for presentation and check-in.
The theme for the beach cleanup is tie dye for a bright and colorful beach cleanup- wear any tie dye clothing you have to the beach!
Location: Robert P. Murkshe Memorial Park (Free but limited parking)
What to Bring: Hats and Sunscreen (Junior League of the Space Coast will provide water and cleanup supplies)
